By the numbers


So today was THE day. I hopped on the scale to see how much weight I dropped. Side note: I used to weigh myself at least once a week, but decided that I didn't want to get "stuck" on what the scale said. So here are the numbers for August 15th!

Total pounds lost since May 15th: 23.2lbs
Bust inches lost: .5 inches
Waist inches lost: 10 inches
Hips inches lost: 1.5 inches
Thighs: 10
Arms: 0

Overall weight lost: 56.8lbs - Woot! Woot!
