It's Friend Making Monday!

If you’ve taken part in FMM then you know the rules. If you’re new, please take a moment to answer this week’s question on your own blog then add your link in the comments section here at: All the Weigh so we can all see your FMM questions and answers. Please invite your blog readers to add their links here too so everyone has to opportunity to be seen. The idea is to connect with other awesome bloggers so take a moment to post your own FMM post and comment on a couple of other posts. Now it’s time for this week’s topic!

In the Kitchen

1. How often do you cook at home? I very rarely cook at home. Interestingly enough, I made the decision that I need to do it more on yesterday.

2. Do you eat more fresh produce, frozen or canned produce? I eat more fresh produce.

3. What are a few unusual staples that can always be found in your kitchen?
 Does sweet chili sauce count?

4. Look in your fridge, then tell us about the healthiest thing in there. Cucumbers & Cantaloupes

5. Now share the most unhealthy thing in it.  I cleaned out my fridge awhile back, and mainly keep fruits and veggies in it. With that said, I guess it would be Hershey's Chocolate syrup (I use to to make chocolate milk for my post workout/run drink).

6. Do you eat leftovers? I'm not a fan - unless it's egg rolls (which is why #3 is my staple).

7. Do you use coupons at the supermarket?  Not really.

8. How often do you try new recipes? If I find a new recipe, I will file it away for later. But as
you see in answer #1. I don't cook alot, so I've not tried many.

9. Do you make grocery lists? Do you stick to them
? Yes, and I do stick to them.

10. If you could buy one food item that would magically be calorie-free, which item would you choose? Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Now it’s your turn to answer this week’s questions. Don’t forget to come back and link up in the comments! Happy Monday, friends!

  2. Hi from FMM. I'm glad to have found your blog.
I think you'll be glad about your decision to start cooking more at home. Not only will you save money, but it's so much easier to keep it healthy. Pinterest is a great place to search out new and interesting recipes.

    1. Bella, I've browsed Pinterest a few times. And you're right - there are so many choices to choose from. I also like to reference www.cleaneatingmag.com.

I've prepared all of my meals so far this week, and I'm happy. (I'm sure my wallet is too). Happy Tuesday. :)

    2. mostly baking stuff right now. I'm experimenting with gluten-free breads, cakes, muffins, etc. That's pretty much what I have waiting to be tried. Honestly I need to have a sit down with myself and make a new plan. To be honest I feel a little bit bored with my routine and food at the moment!

  4. Hey, Lizzie, I totally agree, sweet chili fans unite!! Haha...I love it on pizza, salad, veggie burgers, sandwiches, fajitas. I even add it to sauces like bolognese sometimes, you name it and I'll probably put sweet chili in it! :P
